Responsibilities:
l Oversee the overall management of the Guwahati office, including operations, projects, and personnel.
l Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and streamline processes.
l Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
l Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
l Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
l Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
l Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
l Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
l Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance and project status.
Requirements
l Master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
l Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
