Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all operational activities and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the team. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all team members are meeting performance targets.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Experience with project management and task delegation
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Background in operations or related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
