Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing and optimizing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain and analyze operational data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
3. Conduct lead generation activities, researching and identifying potential clients to expand Easy Wash's customer base.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
5. Conduct market and business research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
6. Support the team in generating comprehensive reports and presentations using MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.
7. Communicate effectively with both English and Hindi-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and customer support.
Requirements:
- Undergoing graduation or post graduation or recently pass out
- Preferred Degrees - MBA, Btech, BBA
- Strong proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and other MS-Office tools.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate in Hindi as well.
- Knowledge or experience in lead generation, business research, and market research.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
