Summary: As an Operations Engineer for Application/Cloud Support, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2008/2010/2012 - Microsoft Assessment and Deployment Toolkit (ADK) - Group Policy management and implementation - In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues. - Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills. - Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows 10 devices - Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint / Software Center Configuration Manager with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting - Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate SCCM, InTune and Windows management environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance. - Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. - Enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, SCCM, InTune, and related systems. - Experience in deploying Windows 10 and Windows 11 across an enterprise - Device compliance monitoring and reporting - Security Patch management - Background in automation and scripting deployments - Knowledge on Power Shell scripting and hands-on automation activities.
