Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging online lectures, tutorials, and practical exercises for students enrolled in STEP courses.
- Create and maintain course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in the respective technology stack.
- Proven track record of teaching and training with reputable institutes or organizations.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in the specific technology stack(s) you will be teaching.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and tools.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification(s) related to the specific technology stack(s) (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.).
- Experience in curriculum development and course design.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
