Address- Managing the complexities of the various grades with each customer specific requirement of Epoxy Plant for domestic requirement (PAN India Network).
- Manage complexities due to 52 packing materials, 3000+ FG SKUs with different specification as well as Non Hazardous and Hazardous Materials at plant.
- Managing the different mode of transportation like FTL (Full truck Load), HTL (Half truck Load), Containerized Truck and part load distribution to various PAN India Network.
- Arranging the transportation service to customer located in 61 PAN India Location which include rural area as well as urban area. Managing the 36000 MT /annum dispatches from India.
- Multiple hazards of various hazardous finished goods Dispatches and delivery to customer and achieve 95% + OTIF (On time in Full) levels.
- Freight and Service buying over & above INR 60 Million AVOB ( Annual Volume of the business)
- Associating various transporter with companies to fulfilling the customer requirement.
- Through End to end planning and execution of supply chain management processes at site to ensure smooth execution of dispatches to attain sales targets, attain customer delight, maintain requisite statutory & legal compliances and controlling transportation costs within PAN India Network
- Maintaining the DuPont Safety Standards on the transportation of the hazardous product.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Commerce
