AddressWe are seeking a reliable and organized Office Boy to support the efficient operation of our office. The Office Boy will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, printing, and scanning documents.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including conference rooms and common areas.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages to respective departments.
- Assist in running errands, such as purchasing office supplies and other necessary items.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks for meetings and events.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture as needed.
- Handle basic clerical tasks, such as filing documents and organizing office records.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office premises.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist other staff members as needed to support various office activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
