Job Title: Senior Health & Nutrition Coach
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Lead End-to-End Disease Management & Chronic care program
● Lead and train the team of 50+ Health coaches to derive the entire program
● Derive and deliver the expected outcomes for chronic conditions program
● Creating SOPs, Training Content, Introduction of New Programs
● Provide health coaching to users
● 35 to 40 calls on daily basis
● Quality check work
● 6 to 7 hour working
Requirements:
● MSc Nutrition & Dietetics
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare
● Prior experience with chronic management programs
● Should have very good communication skills
● Work from office and home, Office location - Noida
