Address- Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care through regular audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and oversee nursing quality assurance programs to maintain accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
- Advocate for patients' rights and ensure that nursing care is delivered with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
- Address patient concerns and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with other department heads and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Participate in hospital committees, contributing valuable nursing insights to overall hospital strategies.
Requirement-
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership and management roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in nursing leadership roles.
