Role Description
This is a full-time Nursing Manager role, located on-site at Silverstreak multi-speciality hospital in Manesar. The Nursing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the nursing staff at the hospital, overseeing patient care and safety, and developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures. The Nursing Manager will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current and valid nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Experience with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
