Requirment - Candidates should be good in Written and Verbal Communication.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers to solve their problems via chats, calls and emails. More importantly, you will surface the key problems with other teams to help in designing better solutions.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster.
Experience with coding techniques.
Thorough understanding of web design and site structures. Good knowledge of backlink analysis.
Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills
Fresher - Yes Freshers: Colleges like - Amity University, DU Colleges, Christ - BLR, IP University. Specifically colleges that produce students with good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary -
Experience - Colleges as above along with processes that have superior benchmarks of customer support/service. Ex. Apple Support, Amex Support, Amazon, Myntra Support, TaskUs, MMT Black, HDFC Diners etc. Please note, these companies are just a few examples. First step of shortlisting candidates is researching which companies other than the above drive better than the regular standard of customer service in India.
