Job Overview
We are hiring a New Product Development Specialist to join our team at Rasik Product Private Limited. As a New Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of New Products in the packaging industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in New Product Development in the packaging industry
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw
- Strong knowledge of product sampling techniques and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Good communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition in the packaging industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify New Product opportunities and develop product concepts
- Lead the Product Development process, including design, prototyping, sampling, testing, and production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and sales channels for New Products
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product launch strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of New Products in the market and recommend improvements
- Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and manufacturing processes
- Maintain documentation of product specifications, development processes, and project timelines
