Responsibilities:
- Systematic Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve issues related to New Product Development processes.
- Effective Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication throughout the Product Development lifecycle.
- Five 'S':Implement and maintain a workplace organization method to enhance efficiency (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills to guide and coordinate the NPD team.Proficient in handling various measurement instruments for accurate product measurements.Interpret and analyze engineering drawings to guide the Product Development process.Knowledge and experience in press operations related to sheet metal manufacturing.Implement and manage APQP processes to ensure the quality of New Products.Oversee the PPAP process to ensure the approval of new parts for production.Conduct feasibility studies for New Product concepts to assess viability.Requirements:

- Feasibility Study:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in New Product Development.
- Strong systematic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Five 'S' principles.
- Demonstrated man and management skills.
- Proficient in measurement instrument handling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in press operations and sheet metal manufacturing.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and feasibility study processes.
