AddressWe are looking for an experienced L1 Network Security Engineer to join our team for the RBI_HPE project at Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited. The ideal candidate should be a technical graduate with a strong background in network security and at least 3 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 1 year in various technology tracks in ‘Similar projects’.
Responsibilities:
Raise support tickets and Change Request Form (CRF) and implement the CRF rule changes validated by Level 2 resource.
Monitor and perform incident management with respect to NGFW solution.
Onboard new devices/machines on End Point Protection Platform.
Support day-to-day operational tasks, solution health checks, coordination for deployment of endpoint clients, monitor signature update status on endpoint, daily status reports, etc.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of network security technologies and solutions, particularly NGFW.
Strong understanding of Endpoint Protection Platforms.
Experience in incident management and support ticket handling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certification from respective OEMs.
