Job Description:
- Adding new employees and processing exit clearance.
- Preparation of Monthly payroll including variance analysis.
- Processing of monthly Salary Payments.
- Posting accounting entries in the system w.r.t Salary, PF, PT, TDS on Salary etc.,
- Preparation of monthly GL reconciliations of all salary related ledgers like Salary Payable, Prepaid Bonuses, PF, PT, etc.
- Preparation of monthly TDS reconciliation and remitting taxes to government.
- Preparation of quarterly TDS workings and filing TDS returns.
- Provide support during statutory audit of India and US with respect to Payroll related data.
- Provide support during Tax audit and Income Tax return filing of India with respect to Payroll related data.
- Review and posting of accounting entries of employee reimbursements and travel bills.
- Payment processing of employee reimbursements
- Support in providing data and obtaining valuation reports from LIC and actuary.
- Addressing new employees in orientation program w.r.t payroll process
- Timely support to resolve employee issues which includes Salary, PF, taxes etc.,
- Managing Carta portal and tracking ESOP exercises data for perquisite taxes.
- Coordinating and drafting stock option exercise documents and assisting employees in exercising the stocks under cash and cashless mode.
- Knowledge of the USA payroll will be an added advantage.
- Ad hoc works.
Qualification: CMA, MBA finance.
Skills: Any payroll software and accounting ERP (Experience in Grety HR and Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage).
