We are looking for Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) executives for our Team. This profile is suitable for those who have good communication skills and have experience in outbound Calls
Primary responsibility
· To do 200+ calls and solve the pendency.
· To Provide perfect solutions.
· taking follow ups with concerned Clients, sellers & end Customers.
· Monitoring and measure client satisfaction.
· Dealing with client request and troubleshoot problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in Outbound Calls
Should be comfortable with 200+ calls per day.
Should be expert in coordination and time management.
Should be able to handle the clients patiently
Should be good in English communication.
Can work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
