Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- Order Management Reporting.


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Order Management team as Senior Reporting Analyst.
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our order management processes through advanced reporting, analysis, and strategic insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the generation of comprehensive reports on customer tickets, inquiries, reasons for distribution exceptions (OS&D), and service performance. Additionally, you will actively contribute to identifying opportunities for order improvement, leading improvement projects, and ensuring the team%27s adherence to industry best practices.
Responsibilities
The Role demands for a highly qualified professional and will be responsible for all the activities related to -
. Generate detailed reports on customer tickets, inquiries, and reasons for distribution exceptions (OS&D).
. Conduct in-depth reviews of service performance metrics, providing strategic insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
. Track and report on customer service levels (SLAs), ensuring alignment with internal and external expectations.
. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to order management, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address loss identifiers, playing a pivotal role in implementing improvement projects.
. Drive the strategic direction of the Order Management Reporting team, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
. Actively participate in customer initiatives, providing leadership in conference calls, visits, and weekly meetings to understand and address customer requirements and expectations.
. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
. Deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of order management performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification with good years of experience
. Proven experience in reporting and analysis, preferably in Order Management or a similar role.
. Worked on SAP ERP- preferably Order Management
. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of reporting.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
. Experience in developing and automating reports to streamline the reporting process.
. Understanding of order management systems and their integration with reporting tools.
. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
. Proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
