Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Payroll - Adjustments & Reconciliations
In this role, one needs to have good understanding of Payroll.

Responsibilities
. Reconcile cash payments with the payroll. Perform daily and monthly activities. Master data management
. Responsible for ensuring payroll controls and policies are being adhered to
. Audits expense reports for accurate receipts, when required, and expense reports properly completed - some auto processed, some are not.
. For adjustments, review parameters when not auto processed to ensure accuracy.
. At times, adjustments create overpayments and payroll follows legislative rules on what can be auto collected vs. letters and communication with employees to build payment plans, if applicable, and accepting payments toward balance due. At times, works with billing, to ensure invoicing accuracy. May need to involve customer, Security and/or Operations depending on Adjustment And overpayment type.

. Good Communication - Both written and Verbal
