Ms Sql Lead Developer

Job Description & Responsibilities

• At least 8+ years of experience in database development in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience in architecture and design of high-Volume transaction processing database systems.
• Very Strong experience in RDBMS concepts, DB design, modeling of OLTP/DW systems
• Extensive experience in developing complex database code with T-SQL (Viz. Stored Procedures, UDF and Triggers)
• Should be an expert in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with either SQL Server 2014 or above is a must.
• Extensive experience in one of the reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
• Hands on experience with SSIS is a plus.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
• Client facing presentation skills will be a huge plus.
• Should be able to define best practices, coding guidelines and ensure they are enforced.
• Mentor the team on technical knowledge and help in career growth of peers/subordinates
• Experience in Agile development methodology is a Huge Plus
• Knowledge of .NET application development will be a plus.
• Excellent customer interaction skills, Project monitoring and control.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Graduate – BE / B. Tech / MCA.
• Analyzing Information, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of RDBMS development techniques.
• Excellent Team Management skills with experience in handing a big team (8 12 Sr / Jr. Engineers).
• Should be well versed with all phases of the SDLC.
• Good Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture.
