Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, areas, and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality, and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the respective function is an integral part of TS service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions - delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transitional scope.

The Global Mobility VTH team is responsible for supporting the Regional and Global Mobility stakeholders in helping them

build a globally mobile workforce in which every cross-border experience is an opportunity to learn, to lead, to innovate, to grow. TSS Mobility VTH Senior Associate is responsible for assigned HR functional transactional activities of Global Mobility

in accordance with the established policies, procedures, and service level agreements of VTH whilst providing exceptional customer experience.

This role will directly seek to support the Global Mobility Enablement team projects and provide full support on continuous process improvements, automations, communications, and general administrative activities. This position ensures building efficiencies whilst providing smooth operations support. The candidate should have a professional attitude to dealing with highly confidential data and sensitive information, as well as ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines. They should be comfortable to work in a constantly changing business environment, flexible in managing multiple competing priorities and deliverables.

Shift: Flexible to align to Stakeholder time zone

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to coordinating, supporting, and optimizing Mobility service delivery and operations across multitude of projects and processes
  • Supports continuous improvements initiatives to enhance all aspects of Mobility operations, including governance, process design, systems build-out, automations, data reporting and analysis
  • Assist in capturing Mobility process requirements for creations, enhancement and build-out of globally aligned processes, infrastructure, and systems (incl. Global Mobility Tool)
  • Deliver Mobility projects and improvements in an optimal way following agile methodologies and reporting on progress and issues timely
  • Adept with Microsoft Office 365 tools and technologies to effectively execute the innovation priorities
  • Assist with updating and maintaining knowledge systems on SharePoint platforms to ensure Mobility teams have rapid access to information necessary to perform their roles and to collaborate/share information
  • Ensures all transactions are processed, documented, and delivered within defined timelines and quality standards and that work expectations are diligently followed
  • Responsible for quality control, review of deliverables, and for embedding the principles of exceptional client service of being connected, responsive and insightful
  • Develop and maintain relationships to serve as a two-way conduit for connection and communication
  • Assists with GDS initiatives and other projects as assigned

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer orientation skills; works effectively with the team and with stakeholders(call/e-mails)

  • Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to exercise judgment in day-to-day work activities
  • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint ability to both apply as well as create workflows, dashboards, and bots
  • Curiosity and motivation to acquire new skills as necessary
  • Ability to work within a diverse multicultural team

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in HR or related field
  • Experience in project management and driving continuous improvements preferred

Certification Requirements:

  • Professional certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, Project Management is a plus, not required
