Mlops Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated MLOps Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for managing data, building front-end dashboards, and overseeing the end-to-end MLOps pipeline for AI development teams. The role involves working closely with teams focused on cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI applications, vehicle driver monitoring systems, and advanced driver assistance systems with mapping and localization capabilities.

Your Role

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data engineers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.

2. MLOps Pipeline Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines to support AI development projects.

• Ensure seamless integration of data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring within the MLOps pipeline.

3. Data Management:

• Oversee the collection, storage, and preprocessing of diverse datasets required for AI applications.

• Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

4. Front-end Dashboard Development:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to create intuitive and effective dashboards for monitoring and visualizing AI model performance.

• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights to support decision-making for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Project Coordination:

• Work closely with AI development teams to understand project requirements and timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of AI models into production environments.

6. Technology Stack Management:

• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and tools in MLOps, data management, and front-end development.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Implement robust monitoring solutions for AI models and MLOps pipelines.

• Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

8. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for MLOps processes, data workflows, and dashboard functionalities.

• Generate regular reports for stakeholders, summarizing key performance metrics and project statuses.

Your Background

• Proven experience in leading MLOps or data engineering teams.

• EXP[12-15Yrs]

• Strong understanding of AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).

• Expertise in data management, including data preprocessing, storage, and governance.

• Previous experience in front-end development and dashboard design.
