JOB SCOPE

Role : Food Technologist

• Samples testing and proper report was given on daily basis.
• Unit wise samples are collected and processed.( hatchery, feed unit)
• Vaccine deviation and antimyco plasma schedule checked and report given.
• Wkly report preparation in section wise and reported to section head.
• Monthly report preparation in section wise and reported to section head.
• Bio security audit doing and reported to section head.
• Lab chemicals and medicine consuming list and cost preparation and reported to section head.
• Section wise requirement list preparation and submitted to section head.
• Petty cash looking and properly submitted to section head.
• Other region samples tested and reported to section head.
• Over all lab samples testing cost preparation and submitted to section head
• Over all PM samples tested and reported to section head.
• Culture media preparation on daily work need basis.
• Vaccines quality checking & chemicals purity checking in store wise.
• Parents DOC MAB test followed on farm wise.
• Hatchery DOC MAB and ELISA test followed on flock wise/ hatchery wise.
