Title: Manager CRM Application Maintenance and Support

Location: Bangalore

Your role

Experienced Manager to oversee the application support of our CRM Salesforce platform and related applications. Responsible for ensuring the outsourced vendor delivers high-quality support that meets service level agreements and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure that the CRM platform meets business requirements and that support is delivered efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage outsourced vendor to ensure they deliver quality support for our CRM Salesforce platform and related applications
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT leadership to assess business requirements and recommend solutions to enhance the performance of our CRM Salesforce platform and related applications
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the support and maintenance of our CRM Salesforce platform and related applications
  • Manage and ensure compliance with service level agreements and ensure high reliability and availability of our CRM platform.
  • Ensure efficient change management processes are in place to support the deployment of new features and enhancements to the CRM Salesforce platform and related applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the CRM platform and applications support SOPs.
  • Identify risks and issues related to the CRM Salesforce platform and related applications and develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects under the CRM Salesforce Application Maintenance and Support team's scope

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM Salesforce Application role
  • Certifications in Salesforce Platform is required
  • Experience with Salesforce application development and administration
  • Proven track record in managing CRM Salesforce platform and related applications with external vendors
  • Understanding of industry standard methodologies, such as ITIL, to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective technical solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is requi
