Qualifications and Skill
- Art & Craft Designing
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Merchandize Designer or a similar role
- Strong skills in illustration and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
- Knowledge of merchandising practices and techniques
- Experience in creating 3D product renderings
- Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality design
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Display a high level of professionalism and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and design innovative and visually appealing merchandize concepts for paper products
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market trends, customer requirements, and brand guidelines
- Develop sketches, illustrations, and digital mock-ups of product designs
- Use Adobe Photoshop and 3D software to create realistic and accurate product renderings
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with brand identity and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of merchandize
- Stay updated with industry trends and new design techniques
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
