Freshers Eligible as a Trainee Medical Representative.1-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities.In-depth product knowledge and understanding of the medical industry.Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.Customer service-oriented mindset.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the local healthcare market Telangana & Andhra Pradesh in is a plus. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and organizations in assigned Territory Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the medical industry.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.Provide product information, conduct product presentations, and facilitate product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
