Diploma/ Undergraduate/ Post Graduate in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bio Medical, Bio Chemistry, Bio Informatics, Biology, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Advanced Zoology, Plant Biology, Anatomy, DMLT, DGNM, Environmental science, Medical sociology.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To help digital operations group perform medical document based annotations
- To extract and group named entities from unstructured doctors notes/audio.
- To identify any comment within the note in regards to medical conditions, tests and their results, procedures, treatments, medications, social history, and body structures discussed within the note.
- To identify all the entities of interest in the clinical notes and annotate them with the corresponding label.
- To follow guideline for annotation of clinical notes as provided by the customer
- To perform regular audits to identify coding errors and discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
Mandated Knowledge required:
- Apply the knowledge from standard medical dictionaries or ontologies that are represented in these notes provided by the customers.
- Ability to annotate from Tests, Labs, Radiology and the resulting Values/Findings
