About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media buying strategies across various platforms (e.g.,Google Ads,Social Media Ads,programmatic advertising) to achieve client campaign goals (brand awareness,lead generation,conversions).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and analysis to identify the most relevant channels and ad formats for each campaign.
- Negotiate and secure optimal ad placements with media partners to maximize reach and effectiveness while staying within budget.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively,optimizing bids and targeting strategies to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools,making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights for clients,demonstrating the effectiveness of campaigns and recommending future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and technologies,adapting strategies and implementing new solutions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g.,account managers,designers,content creators) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Build strong relationships with external media partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure premium ad placements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Advertising,Business,or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g.,Google Ads,Social Media Ads) and programmatic buying techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and time management skills.
