Job Description
Qualification:
DME / B. E / B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: Min. 20-22 years experience with DME or Min 15-18 years experience with B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) in operation & maintenance of Mechanical Equipment.
This position requires a person with strong Field experience in maintenance of Mechanical equipment like large size Vertical turbine pumps, Horizontal pumps, valves , Gear Box, Pipeline etc.,
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the smooth Operation & Maintenance of all O&M projects in PAN India.
- Hands-on experience in large capacity VT Pumps, HSC Pumps, Various types of Valves and other mechanical equipments.
- Maintain 100% equipment availability .
- Scheduling Preventive maintenance.
- Carrying out Condition monitoring & predictive maintenance for all the projects on PAN India.
- Budgeting & costing for the running O&M projects.
- Proposal estimation for upcoming jobs.
- Team development to carry out inhouse maintenance job.
- Training to be given for all the team members.
- Monitoring the equipment maintenance schedule / Compliance.
- Ensuring Zero breakdown.
- Preparation & carry out monsoon activity as precautionary action.
- Provide excellent customer service through efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
- Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
- Implementation of work related SOPs at site.
- Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures
- Monitoring & Control to comply KPI’s
- Root cause analysis for the failure’s.
- Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
- Carrying out the pump performance test at site.
- Energy audit for major equipment.
- Identifying / Development of vendors for spare parts & servicing.
Contract Management
- Preparation of Contractual letters, replies, notices etc.
- Understand and works according to the scope of contract
- Managing Subcontracts, vendor contracts, supply agreements, Purchase orders, amendments etc.,
- Anticipating legal & contractual risks and mitigation.
- Drafting letters/ contracts
- Review, drafting and negotiation skills
