AddressAdherence to Quality System for all design work carried out.
1.Work collaboratively with staff to seek detailed understanding of commercial aspects of project (time, cost, warranties)
2.To carry out detailed design of the allocated projects for equipment, mechanical
and piping portions of the project.
3.To develop optimized layouts for Plants in collaboration with lead
engineers.
4.Develop optimized For-Construction Design
Documentation including:
§ Equipment datasheets
§ Detailed component designs,
§ Detailed Bills of Materials,
5. Equipment, valve, instrument, pipeline lists
6.Participating in design reviews, ISO audits and customer meetings.
7.Liaising with external specialized agencies.
8. Liaise with external agencies for subcontracted work and ensure that their output
meets the requirements and schedules.
9. 3 D models in special software platforms.
10. Conducting accurate structural analysis.
11. Conducting accurate stress analysis.
12. CFD and model studies etc.
13.To advise and support the Project Manager (PM) and other project team members in areas of mechanical and detailed design and commissioning throughout all phases of project delivery.
14. Attend and participate in internal and external (customer) project meetings and
vendor meetings, including meetings held at other locations where required.
15. To ensure design review processes are undertaken efficiently and according to
agreed budgets, specifications, and schedules.
16.Ensure design changes are formally documented as Project Change Request (PCR)
