Mdm Tech Lead

What will you do?
· Responsible for managing MDM platform, Data quality, and end to end solution design involving MDM & Data Quality.

· Recommend best practices, solution to markets.

· Work with EA (Enterprise Data Architecture) team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint.

· Responsible for the technical aspects of ensuring that the Kafka infrastructure is highly available, sustainable, performant, cost effective, and usable.

· Collaborate with COE team in Information management and Local IT teams to manage MDM platform efficiently and drive continuous improvement.

Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

· 12-15 years of experience in established data technologies viz. Data Quality and MDM.

· Depth in Master data management and data quality.

· Hands on experience with setting MDM solution.

· Experience with Data quality tools.

· Experience building integrated systems from on premise to cloud-based infrastructures, preferably, AWS.

· Hands on experience of various data services on AWS.

· Ability to break down big problems into solvable pieces.

· Deep understanding of data platform capabilities, and strategic and architecturally-sound thinking.

· Skilled to lay out correct implementation strategy of event-driven data integration as per business needs.

· Experienced or conversant in emerging tools like columnar and NoSQL

databases, and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them.

· Good understanding of implementing & architecting data solutions using the informatica, SQL server/Oracle.

Key Qualifications and experience:

· Strong communication skills with ability to work with business and Technology stakeholders

· Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently

· Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines

· B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA from a reputed organization
