The Foundation is collaborating with multiple partners – e.g., Hospitals, Health Centers and NGOs – to make healthcare accessible to vulnerable communities and to improve community health.
The Foundation’s vision is to contribute towards a more just, equitable, humane and sustainable society. Its work is focused on India. The organisation does extensive and deep ‘on-the-ground’ work across the country – both directly through its own operations and through partners. The work spans education to other important areas of equity and human well-being.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Setting up and overseeing all applicable protocols for small labs.
2. Implementation of quality control systems.
3. Conducting regular CMEs for the lab technicians employed in the Foundation.
4. Reviewing and signing off the lab reports for all our Health Centres.
5. Developing services such as PAP smear and buccal smear reporting.
6. Some extent of outreach and visits to the local community, and nearby settlements around the Health Centres.
