- Having sound knowledge about SEZ rules for Inbound & Outbound activities(Domestic/Export) is Must.
- RM / PM Warehouse management & Chemical Handling
- Preparation of Shipping Bill, Bill of entry in SEZ online, Import- Export documentation
- Knowledge about Domestic sales invoicing , E-waybill, VGM.
- Monthly Reconciliation of RM /PM stock with SAP.
- Looking after filing of the Bill of export for RM/PM.
- Preparation of Application of DBK claim & prepare file for the same.
- Knowledge about ISO system & audit.
- Close coordination with suppliers /Purchase team for timely RM/ PM availability.
- Knowledge about GST rules.
- coordination for timely disposal of Scrap sale & maintain proper storage
- Helping in routine activities of materials functions.
- SAP- MM & SD Module knowledge is a must.
- Willing to learn & execute new things/ task as & when given by HOD
