Roles and Responsibilities:
- Arrange and modify Customer order plans and schedules according to production capacity and delivery requirement.
- Distribute production plans and tasks to teams to ensure that plans and tasks are achieved in production unit and co ordination with logistics .
- Reschedule and fine-tune Customer orders in accordance to order changes and urgent situations.
- Production management by providing information of problem solving due to customer order changes, materials status, capacity problems and so on.
- Review and control of order required delivery Vs Actual Delivery Performance.
- Supplier order Management of parts procurement, schedules , Purchase orders processing and control of delivery from suppliers.
Job Description:
- Contribute to optimize Customer order Management and supplier procurement process and methods to improve efficiency.
- Inventory Control and analysis.
- Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties
- Continuously communicate with team leaders to check Customer orders and purchase orders on suppliers.
- Coordination with all CFT teams.
- Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience in order management and procurement.
