Maropost is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer [Azure] to join our Engineering team in India office and help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.
What you will be responsible for :
- Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities.
- Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to complex (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
- Acts as the technical liaison between operations teams, engineers, and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability.
- Participates in the design, implementation, and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure solutions.
- Actively monitors and publishes the availability plan, discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business.
- Monitors application/database performance and recommends changes.
What you will bring to Maropost :
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure.
- A degree in B.Tech/BE needed
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Should have hands on experience in Azure cloud services like pub-sub, app services, app gateway, azure functions, SQL elastic pool etc, storage account.
- Should have knowledge of PowerShell
- Should have knowledge of managing MS SQL Server
- Should have hands on experience in Azure DevOps Pipeline.
- Should have understanding on versioning tools like Git and Bitbucket.
- Should be able to perform systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
- Good to have hands on experience with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, Azure App Insight.
