Neutrino is looking for a MarTech Operations Manager to join the Tech Services team and
support implementation of email and SMS strategies across multiple clients. This role is responsible for supporting email marketing and SMS efforts by creating business requirement documentation and leading tech implementation of email and SMS programs through ad-hoc deployments and journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate and support workflow for email and SMS marketing programs including deployments, advanced automations, complex journeys, segmentation and personalization for marketing and transactional campaigns.
- Develop and execute testing plans to improve personalization efforts, inclusive of relevant content, strategic segmentation and customized send frequency.
- Build business requirement documentation and help translate technical information into layman's terms to share with clients.
- Identify, assess, and communicate pain points to improve processes, modernize the digital experience, and create engaging customer touchpoints.
- Stay current with the latest email and SMS trends, platform updates and technical tools to support and improve upon current processes and workflows.
- Set-up and QA subscriber journey email flows.
- Manage the email deployment process and monitor for successful delivery.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders during the email setup and deployment process.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working in digital marketing with at least 4 years focused in email marketing and/or SMS (Marketo experience is a must).
- 4+ years of executing and managing email campaigns, including email deployments, email journeys, and troubleshooting.
- Prefer Certifications in one of the following: Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot or Pardot.
- Experience building simple and complex journeys, automations and segmentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SMS systems and protocols.
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements.
- Agency and/or Pharma experience highly desirable.
