Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new stockists in the assigned territory.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of stockists and provide them with guidance and support.
• Coordinate with the CFAs to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to the stockists & timely collection of the payments.
• Handle stockist queries, complaints, and grievances and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions.
• Conduct regular visits and meetings with stockists and maintain positive and long-term relationships.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Train and motivate the stockists and their staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or stockist management at generic level
• Knowledge of the local market and the pharmaceutical industry.
