Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new stockists in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of stockists and provide them with guidance and support.
- Coordinate with the CFAs to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to the stockists & timely collection of the payments.
- Handle stockist queries, complaints, and grievances and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with stockists and maintain positive and long-term relationships.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Train and motivate the stockists and their staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or stockist management at generic level
- Knowledge of the local market and the pharmaceutical industry.
