Job description

Blis is seeking a passionate and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Product Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, executing B2B campaigns, and generating insightful reporting to support our growth goals. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize Blis’ marketing technology landscape, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and WordPress.
  • Craft and execute data-driven B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, driving lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Manage the Blis.com website, ensuring it remains up-to-date with fresh content, compelling visuals, and a user-friendly experience.
  • Implement and manage sales support tools such as lead tracking software to empower the sales team and optimize marketing ROI tracking.
  • Foster strong relationships with the sales team, ensuring alignment with data collection practices for effective marketing ROI measurement.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field
  • Proven understanding of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute B2B marketing campaigns
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices and the digital advertising landscape
  • A passion for marketing technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and marketing in the ad tech space
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Zoho or Salesforce
