Your role involves not just understanding our customers and competition, but crafting marketing campaign and collaterals that shape commercial decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Effectively collaborate with the team to execute targeted campaigns, to develop creative, impactful collateral and to attend conferences that will help us achieve strategic goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the audience. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Expertly manage Google AdWords campaigns and utilize Google Analytics for insights, KPI tracking, and refining marketing strategies.
- Understanding user behaviour, through continual testing and optimization strategies (including A/B testing) and ongoing reporting on channel performance, in order to optimise plans
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events. Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities during conferences.
- Creating branded visual assets (static images and simple animations/videos) for use across marketing channels including email banners, social media assets, websites, etc
- Undertake and support market research to understand customer, competitor and market developments, feeding outcomes into own plans and those of wider department.
- Accountable for managing own learning, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps
