Job Description
EXPERIENCE: 4 - 7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Execute Manual Testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project specifications.
- Identify, report, and track software defects through thorough testing and debugging processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy development.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
- Assist in the training of junior testers and interns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test procedures.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
