Job Description:
TONI&GUY, a renowned premium salon, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the operations of our establishments in Thodupuzha, Muvattupuzha, and Thiruvalla. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the salon staff, and maintaining the high standards associated with the TONI&GUY brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive salon experience for clients.
Manage and lead a team of salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support staff.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Implement and maintain TONI&GUY brand standards and service protocols.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Monitor and achieve sales targets, promoting salon products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Proven leadership and managerial experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
