Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation, including benchmarking analyses, functional analysis, and economic analyses.
- Conduct research on Transfer Pricing regulations, methodologies, and industry trends to support Transfer Pricing planning and compliance efforts.
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary information and documentation for Transfer Pricing analyses.
- Participate in discussions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on Transfer Pricing matters.
- Support Transfer Pricing audits and inquiries by tax authorities by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
- Stay updated on changes in Transfer Pricing regulations and best practices and communicate relevant updates to the team.
