Hiring for an IT / BT leader for running enterprise IT of a HealthTech SaaS company.

Their India centre powers the product suite, through their R&D, product development, implementation and IT operations contributions.


Role details:


  • Title / Designation:  IT Manager
  • Role level:Manager / Senior Manager
  • Role scope: Enterprise / Internal IT, with focus on end user computing across devices, productivity suite and business applications
  • Reporting Manager: Director – IT
  • Location: Hyderabad, India

Role & responsibilities:


  • Lead an IT team of iOS deskside support engineers, and application support engineers for enterprise applications, including G Suite apps, SFDC, Workday, JIRA, Confluence and the like, hosted on GCP.
  • Define / redefine, design / redesign, policies, tools and controls and deliver on device management, applications development management and support, including hands-on contribution and technical guidance to team.
  • Progressively develop a road-map and deliver on IT management quality and efficiency levers, like standardisation, rationalisation, automation and suchlike and develop the function as a Practice / Centre of Excellence
  • Seamlessly collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, showcasing sustained excellence and inspire expansion of the scope and scale of the services delivered from the centre

Candidate requirements:


  • 12-15 years of experience in IT, including the latest 3-5 in leading a team of IT and Applications Support, preferably in the in-scope areas (G Suite for Business, GCP, Jamf, Citrix security, support for Salesforce, Workday, JIRA, Confluence etc. hosted on GCP)
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise in progressively improving and sustaining operational efficiency parameters, across policies, tools, technologies, solutions accelerators, etc.
  • Proven experience in working in a multi-country IT operation, handling requests, incidents, problems, and other support activities with distinction
  • Remarkable BRM (business relationship management) skills, leading to sharing success stories and case studies, helping expand the scope and scale of services from the offshore / India centre
  • Professional certifications in in-scope technologies and services – highly preferable
  • Adept at client relationship management, communication, delivering under pressure, ability to guide, mentoring teams, including in times of crises.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
