Responsibilities
• Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines• Underwrite proposals as per laid down policies & procedures and manage business volumes• Conduct personal discussions with customers to establish credit worthiness and complete documentation• Maintain Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS, and other operations related MIS• Build and leverage effective relationships with third parties• Take ownership of client queries and overcome challenges• Exceed service quality standards and strive for continuous process improvement• Undertake critical review of credit proposals and assess risk• Ensure collateral and credit risk mitigation• Facilitate quick turnaround of credit lending proposals and ongoing review of credit exposures• Manage credit underwriting function of the branch and facilitate recovery of quick mortality cases
Requirements
• Graduate, Masters/Post Graduate qualification• CA/MBA certification preferable
