Department: Novo Nordisk Quality GBS

The Position


As a Manager, your role involves several key responsibilities at Novo Nordisk:


  • Lead a team of 10+ employees in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way to achieve departmental business goals.
  • Implement cLEAN principles to improve support, quality, and efficiency in alignment with Novo Nordisk's business needs.
  • Mentor and motivate the team, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring efficient processes across hubs.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with Novo Nordisk's quality and compliance standards, providing high-quality consultancy to affiliates.
  • Adapt plans and priorities to tackle operational challenges while fostering team development


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent.


  • Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in any related Quality processes.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management role.


  • Good knowledge and understanding of Change control,Deviation process & Qualification process


  • Ability to handle difficult stakeholders who are particularly knowledgeable in the above QMS processes.


  • Pro active in approach and be receptive to regular feedbacks and use the same to the advantage of the team. Also, be able to take challenge stakeholders when needed.


  • Good with data and when needed use the data effectively while discussion with Regional Quality heads.


  • Trained on supplementary topics like Leadership, project execution, Quality, management and GxP processes.


  • Direct but diplomatic and clear communication skills.


About the department


The Operations Quality Consulting and Projects team, part of Novo Nordisk Quality-GBS, is an extended unit from Denmark that supports 80+ affiliates and staff areas in NNQGBS. Our focus is on business-critical issues that may have an impact on NN’s license to operate and inspection readiness. We provide high-quality services through regular contact, connection, and interaction with our affiliates at all levels. As part of our team, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System in affiliates and staff functions.
