Manager - Leadership Training
Responsibilities:
- Min 10 years of experience in Leadership Training.
- Experience of developing , delivering and facilitating Leadership and Behavioural Training
- Handled New Managers Training
- Expertise in capability development across various levels of management / leaderships
- Create content for behavioural training workshops , Leadership Trainings & Induction Program
- Worked on a concept framework, leadership laddering, Leadership Building
- Conduct behavioural and competency training like Stress Management, Anger management, Management competence, Stakeholder management, Conflict resolution etc.
- Design, develop & enable implementation of the leadership development, talent development & learning interventions across the organisation leading to development & retention of talent.
- Designing and developing L&D sessions to attain learning needs content, conducting training programs as well as coaching sessions and facilitating service audits.
