Manager Internal Communications

Role and Responsibilities :

• Ensure Internal Communications alignment across programs and with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to craft a company-wide Internal Communications strategy.
• Drive integration with marketing for a cohesive approach to internal communication.
• Lead the enhancement of Internal Communications standards and processes.
• Manage the Internal Communications calendar and events across Indian offices.
• Engage stakeholders to understand company priorities and gather feedback.
• Empower leaders and employees with effective communication guidance.
• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans.
• Establish enterprise standards for engaging employees.
• Support internal and external communication activities as needed.

Desired Profile :

• At least 10-12 years of relevant experience
• Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
• Experience in IT, IT Services preferred.
• Proven expertise in Internal Communications, employee engagements, employer branding, and talent marketing
• Experience in driving talent lead generation campaigns.
• Attention to detail and hands-on approach to delivering marketing results.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content marketing.
• Balanced analytical and creative mindset
• Must be willing to travel for events as per the need.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
