Role and Responsibilities :
- Ensure Internal Communications alignment across programs and with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to craft a company-wide Internal Communications strategy.
- Drive integration with marketing for a cohesive approach to internal communication.
- Lead the enhancement of Internal Communications standards and processes.
- Manage the Internal Communications calendar and events across Indian offices.
- Engage stakeholders to understand company priorities and gather feedback.
- Empower leaders and employees with effective communication guidance.
- Develop and execute communication strategies and plans.
- Establish enterprise standards for engaging employees.
- Support internal and external communication activities as needed.
Desired Profile :
- At least 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
- Experience in IT, IT Services preferred.
- Proven expertise in Internal Communications, employee engagements, employer branding, and talent marketing
- Experience in driving talent lead generation campaigns.
- Attention to detail and hands-on approach to delivering marketing results.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content marketing.
- Balanced analytical and creative mindset
- Must be willing to travel for events as per the need.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
