Bring social strategy to life across all our social handles and focused on building brand relevancy and brand love through agile and cultural social marketing
Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms ·
Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance, and work cross-functionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy
Study and analyze the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement
Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use it to create content and improve overall performance
Platform experience and channel ownership: Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice, and daily editorial optimization
Audience Strategy: Social audience evaluation and segmentation across the brand’s social media presence. Identify key cohorts of audiences and devise a “go-to” strategy to grow and scale these groups. The strategy will include a communication strategy on how to speak to these audiences and their content preferences. Engage, retain and grow our audience on social channels

Lead the process of creation and distribution of original, compelling content for various platforms, including social media, talent communities, blogs, and career sites to grow followership and engagement for ABC Employer Brand
Lead end-to-end content planning and management including development and management of content calendars, analyses of content performance metrics to adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
Drive buzz and positive sentiments for ABC employer Brand through end-to-end ownership of Monthly Editorial Calendars - from curation, content design and creation to publication and distribution
Manage multi-media content development from agencies ecosystem for use across mediums and platform
Planning and overseeing the production and budgeting of all printed collateral including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads

Assist in the management and updating of all digital and social Employer Branding channels, technology and platforms, including content strategy, development and execution activities for Life @ ABC and employment website channels

Designing ongoing and innovative engagement programs (Content, Trainings, Roadshows, Workshops++) to continuously strengthen ABC Employer Brand positioning across ABC / BUs
Partnering Campus Recruiting team towards development of campaigns, messaging, content presentations and training for ABC Campus X across BUs
Driving ABC Employee Social Ambassador network internally – working in collaboration with other ABC / BU Teams for events and experiences to boost employee pride and advocacy at ABC.

Living ABG and ABC’s core values by nurturing relationships in the ABC Employer Brand Agency ecosystem through active collaboration on content and campaign briefs and administrative management for seamless operations
Supporting AVP - Employer Brand in Operational Reviews and Strategic Initiatives
Collaborating with internal and external teams - media, brand and technical partners to run content marketing platform end to end
Enhancing capability as a subject-matter expert by demonstrating a deep understanding of best-in-class Employer Branding
