AddressExperience:
- Strong knowledge of European data protection and privacy practices
- Overall 12yrs+ / 8yrs+ Privacy experience, preferably with a good understanding of how it operates in the financial industry.
- 4yrs+ experience in conducting DSAR
- 2yrs+ Team leading experience (preferred)
- Experience with or willingness to acquire knowledge of legal and data protection environments outside the UK
- Contract review / Quality assessment (experience also preferred)
- SME in Data Subject Access Request
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team 5 staff managing the DSAR for the entire organization
- The role is primarily, but not solely, concerned with the compliance of information access requests made under privacy regulations.
- The role holder will be responsible for processing of all subject access requests for M&G.
- The role holder will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses, in compliance with the legislation.
- The role works on privacy compliance, documentation, records management, quality assurance and timely delivery of data subject access requests.
