About the team
We are a Global Operations team providing best in class Loan syndication/Admin services to top tier investment banks and financial institutions. Our services include Trade clearance & allocation, Reconciliations, Trade Break Management, Compliance reporting, Loan/non-loan wire investigation and break resolution, P & I recons, data recons and Trade Lifecycle Management.
What you will be doing
- As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you will work with Trade clearance & allocation, Cash & Data Reconciliations, Cash Reporting & Break Management, Compliance reporting, Loan/non-loan wire investigation and break resolution, P & I recons, and Trade Lifecycle Management.
- Examine client financials and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- You will form partnerships with our client’s oversight & control groups, trading desks and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.
- You will be challenged to help continuously improve the day-to-day services provided, the control environment and the overall client experience. We strongly encourage and support a 'we challenge' mindset.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Should carry 2- 6 years of experience in financial services, preferably Syndicate loan operations. (CDO/CLO)
- Domain knowledge of financial products like Syndicate Loans, CLO, CDO, Bonds, Bank loans, MBS is mandatory.
- Hands on experience of reconciliation (Cash, Stock), Trade processing and settlements
Skills
- Strong understanding of Capital markets, Reconciliation (Assets, Cash), Portfolio Accounting, Security Setup’s.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Commerce.
