AddressThe Makeup Artist & Trainer is responsible for providing top-quality makeup services to clients and training aspiring makeup artists. This role combines artistic expertise with teaching skills, fostering a passion for makeup artistry while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional makeup services to clients for various occasions, such as weddings, special events, photoshoots, and more.
2. Demonstrate creativity and versatility in makeup application, including various styles, such as bridal, editorial, theatrical, and special effects.
3. Conduct consultations to understand clients' preferences, skin types, and desired looks.
4. Develop and deliver comprehensive makeup training programs for aspiring makeup artists, including hands-on practical sessions.
5. Teach makeup application techniques, product knowledge, hygiene, and industry best practices.
6.Adapt training content to cater to different levels of expertise, from beginners to advanced artists.
7. Organize makeup workshops, seminars, and masterclasses for both students and makeup enthusiasts.
8.Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup products, brands, and industry trends.
9.Maintain strict hygiene standards in makeup application, tools, and products, ensuring the safety of clients and students.
10.Provide ongoing support and guidance to students and clients, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
11.Assist in promoting makeup services and training programs through social media, marketing materials, and networking
12.Encourage trainees to create and build their own portfolios.
13.·To plan and upgrade the students for higher courses.
14.· Will keep a check on the consumption of the Stock issued and see there is no misuse of the products.
15.· Will see that all the students are attending there batches and are on time.
16.· Will be responsible for the collection of the Fee Installments ( coordinate with Admission Counselor )
